Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Senior Data Analyst to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.


The Data Analyst – Senior is responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data to support decision-making across USSOCOM. This role involves working with data sets from various sources to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help leadership and operational teams gain actionable insights. The analyst will collaborate with database administrators, system engineers, and mission stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven visualization solutions in support of SOCOM’s mission.


The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with data tools and visualization platforms. This position requires familiarity with databases, data modeling, business intelligence (BI) tools, and basic programming to extract and transform data from multiple environments.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and support decision-making.


• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.


• Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design user-friendly reports and data visualizations.


• Write queries and scripts to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from enterprise databases.


• Support the generation of recurring and ad hoc reports for operational and leadership teams.


• Contribute to the design and implementation of data models and workflows that enhance reporting efficiency.


• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.


• Document data sources, processes, and report specifications for continuity and audit readiness.


• Collaborate with IT teams and database administrators to troubleshoot data access and integration issues.


• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational planning, and mission readiness assessments.


• Ensure compliance with USSOCOM data governance, classification, and cybersecurity standards.


• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Mentor junior team members by reviewing analytical outputs, ensuring adherence to USSOCOM data governance standards, and fostering technical skill development.

You MUST have:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, 10 years experience with Associate's, OR 6 years experience with Bachelor's.


• Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or higher is required.

  • Experience in data modeling, transformation, and visualization.
  
  
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience writing queries for data extraction and analysis.
  
  
  • Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or .NET).
  
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access.
  
  
  • Ability to develop data visualizations that inform leadership decisions.
  
  
  
  


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 422 – Data Analyst- Intermediate level or higher

It’s GREAT if you also have:

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint integration for data visualization or workflow automation.


• Experience with MAVEN platforms


• 2+ years designing Palantir Foundry workflows: engineering data pipelines, modeling
  ontologies, and deploying BI applications to support mission-critical decisions

Education:

• High School Diploma with 12 years of experience OR AA + 10 yrs of experience OR BS + 6 years of experience
