Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead enterprise architecture modernization across IT infrastructure, applications, network, and platform environments.
• Assess technology lifecycle status, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop strategic enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Formulate enterprise reference architectures, transition plans, and decision packages with cost and risk analyses for leadership review.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 8+ years
• Total Compensation: $272k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Review secure and unsecure communications, network, and platform environments to identify systems and services for modernization.
• Assess lifecycle status, obsolescence, duplication, interoperability, standards alignment, and investment dependencies.
• Identify cross-domain dependencies, redundancies, capability gaps, and risks across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security.
• Formulate actionable adoption, sustainment, migration, consolidation, and retirement recommendations for hardware and software.
• Prepare decision packages documenting outcomes, alternatives, tradeoffs, cost considerations, and technical-debt implications.
• Develop and maintain current-state, target-state, and transition-state enterprise reference architectures and engineering designs.
• Partner with engineering and operational teams to ensure technical proposals are authoritative, reusable, and supportable.
