RESEARCH ANALYSIS SUPPORT
Location: Ft Meade, MD | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Position Description:
Cyntel Technologies is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide Research Analysis Support to Army Counterintelligence Command. The analyst will integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines, along with law enforcement and intelligence databases, to assess threats, identify trends, develop investigative leads, and produce actionable intelligence. The position requires strong analytical tradecraft, research skills, written and oral communication abilities, and the ability to support Counterintelligence (CI), Counterterrorism (CT), force protection, insider threat, and related national security missions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct all-source intelligence research and analysis concerning foreign military forces, terrorist organizations, Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIEs), and other threats to U.S. Army and DoD equities.
• Analyze intelligence from multiple sources and disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional and functional national security developments.
• Support CI investigations through research, analysis, investigative lead development, and liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and DoD/intelligence community personnel.
• Conduct record checks, database research, and social network analysis using authorized intelligence, law enforcement, classified, and open-source databases and search engines.
• Conduct detailed biographical intelligence research to support investigations, subject interviews, case development, and investigative leads.
• Perform OSINT and classified research using digital mapping applications, analytical tools, and other intelligence research capabilities.
• Assess terrorist, FIE, CI, CT, force protection, and information operations threats to U.S. Army forces, programs, and operations.
• Identify threat developments, trends, indicators, and warnings using established intelligence analysis tradecraft, forecasting techniques, and other analytical methodologies.
• Research military, political, economic, technical, and other developments within assigned areas of responsibility to develop valid threat assessments.
• Identify intelligence gaps and assist in developing collection strategies and intelligence collection requirements.
• Assess reporting from Intelligence Community-wide sources to deconflict information, determine reporting value, evaluate whether requirements are being satisfied, and identify additional collection opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, integrate, and synthesize research into all-source intelligence products, analytical reports, white papers, and presentations.
• Develop responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and other production requirements.
• Conduct consumer evaluations of raw intelligence reporting and provide feedback regarding reporting value and collection effectiveness.
Required Experience:
• 6 years of Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst with completion of a foundational intelligence analyst course such as a DOD Intelligence Analyst Course, 35F Army All Source Intelligence Analyst course (or equivalent), DHS Basic Intelligence and Threat Analysis Course, ODNI Analysis 101, or a Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) professional certification.
• Candidate should have demonstrated expertise in fusing multidisciplined tools and databases for all-source analysis production in support of counterintelligence functions. Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a high-operational-tempo environment.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $103,000 Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, security clearance status, certifications, and contract requirements.
