Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is seeking a highly proactive, organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Office Director within DARPA's Special Projects Office (SPO).
In this mission-critical role, you will act as the operational engine for the Office Director --anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and maintaining seamless daily operations in a fast-paced, high-stakes defense environment. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, demonstrates exceptional judgment with sensitive information, and manages high-priority taskers with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Calendar Management
·    Serve as the primary administrative partner to the Office Director, managing daily routines, long-range planning, and high-priority commitments.
·    Maintain dynamic executive calendars; resolve schedule conflicts proactively and coordinate high-level meetings with senior government leadership, DoD personnel, industry partners, and academic institutions.
·    Evaluate incoming requests, determine priority levels, alert the Director to time-sensitive issues, and direct action items to appropriate staff.
Operations & Mission Execution
·    Track, manage, and enforce accountability on action items, administrative taskers, and office deliverables to ensure timely execution.
·    Draft, edit, and proofread formal official correspondence, internal memos, briefing summaries, and executive notes.
·    Prepare briefing materials, slide decks, and background documentation ahead of key meetings and presentations.
·    Oversee office logistics, including workspace assignments and internal office moves.
Meeting & Event Logistics
·    Plan and execute seamless logistics for high-level meetings and events, including audio/visual coordination, visitor badging, transportation, and security clearance paperwork processing.
·    Safely handle, transmit, and manage sensitive and classified information with absolute discretion and adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
·    Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance.
·    Experience: 5+ years of executive-level support and calendar management experience supporting C-suite executives, Senior Executive Service (SES), or Congressional leadership.
·    Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
·    Work Location: Ability to work 100% on-site at DARPA HQ in Arlington, VA.
Preferred Skills & Technical Competencies
·    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and modern productivity/project management tools.
·    Proven track record supporting both in-person and distributed/remote teams in complex organizational structures.
·    Demonstrated experience preparing executive pitch decks, briefing packages, proposals, and background reports.
·    Superior verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
·    Flawless professional discretion, emotional intelligence, and high-level problem-solving ability in rapidly changing environments.
