As a Project Manager III on this program, you be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within your department. The Project Manager must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. They rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks. On this program, you will help deliver enhanced HPC capabilities across multi-vendor HPC servers, HPC clusters, and specialized processing environments. You'll have the opportunity to grow your security skills technical expertise alongside highly skilled engineers, collaborate with exceptional teammates, and directly contribute to missions that strengthen our nation's security. You'll also end your day knowing that you're doing work that truly matters.
Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.
Required Skills and Tasks:
1. Provide leadership and guidance to assigned/dedicated Technical Task orders on the contract.
2. Liaison between the customer, PMO, and workforce.
3. Oversee time entry and other administrative tracking.
4. Project oversight such as, but not limited to, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
5. Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of specific short-term, mid and/or long- term projects, which have a beginning, an end and specific deliverables.
6. Responsible for planning, communications, implementation, and tracking of projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of demonstrable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and/or protection or sixteen (16) years' experience in lieu of degree. Experience with Jira and Confluence
