Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in planning, organizing, and directing program activities to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to ensure efficient program execution.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize program impact.
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and contract management activities.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Lead problem-solving efforts and provide guidance to team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a government or defense environment.
- Strong knowledge of program management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with contract management and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with DoD regulations and acquisition processes is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance may be required.
