TTG-364 - Cloud & Broadcast Systems Engineer - $329,150 Total Co

TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to provide technical support for customers' broadcast systems. This role involves programming responsibilities as well as ensuring robust, secure network operations. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting cloud-based networks with high data security, configuring AWS and cloud services, and programming in Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell. This position involves working with various operating systems such as Linux and Android, scripting in Python, C++, and Perl, and conducting system administration tasks including Linux RHEL patching, server installations, and firmware upgrades. Additionally, the role includes cloud engineering tasks such as automating DynamoDB table updates and troubleshooting within the cloud environment.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements
• Demonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services including API configurations
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell
• Demonstrated experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android
• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl
• Demonstrated experience with System Administration such as Linux RHEL, patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware/patch levels
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering such as familiarity with medialive, automating dynamo table updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets

• Demonstrated experience with analog and digital communications with Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio
• Demonstrated experience with video codecs and streaming technologies
• Demonstrated experience with video encoding equipment and processes
• Demonstrated experience with specific broadcast systems such as a specialized FM radio system and TV and radio signal devices such as scalable portable remote devices
• Demonstrated experience with IP network routing and switching
• Demonstrated experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
