TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead to join our team in building an integrated enterprise IT support model. This role is high visibility, focusing on driving efficiencies in the talent space and addressing strategic requirements related to learning, training compliance, and performance management. As a Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leading a team to deliver technical solutions aligned with industry standards and agile methodologies. You will propose recommendations that enhance User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), improve quality and speed of delivery, and modernize web-based applications. Additionally, you will be involved in developing, analyzing, and documenting web-based systems and interfaces, managing cloud technologies, and maintaining AWS environments. Your role will also include overseeing all tiers of IT support and developing support documents and workflows.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• Demonstrated experience as a lead providing technical expertise and communications.
• Experience in implementing industry best practices aligned with accessibility standards and agile methodology.
• Ability to make recommendations that provide business value focused on UX/UI improvements and modernizations.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing web-based applications and service components.
• Experience in Java development.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Experience in developing and maintaining AWS environments and interfaces.
• Experience working with COTS products, including ServiceNow.
• Experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.
• Experience managing Tier 1, 2, and 3 support using service management systems.
• Experience in developing IT support documents and workflows.
• Experience in maintaining enterprise software, including license renewals, patching, and version updates.

• Experience working with partner IT organizations.
• Experience with learning applications.
• Experience with language, compliance, and performance management applications.
• Experience with networking and platform hosting technologies.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
