Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst (Strategy Lead) – Senior (PGS)

As a senior contractor, this individual leads the contractor team’s effort in developing and implementing comprehensive acquisition strategies for complex government programs. This role provides expertise to government Program Managers and serves as a key coordinator, ensuring technical, financial, and contracting support activities are fully integrated. Work at this level involves a wide range of complex assignments and non-routine situations that require extensive knowledge in the specialty discipline.

Duties May Include:

· Leading the contractor team in the formulation of comprehensive acquisition strategies, and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), acquisition plans, and innovative source selection approaches for government consideration.

· Developing and presenting in-depth analyses and recommendations on cost-benefit trade-offs, technology insertions, and program execution strategies to senior government leadership.

· Facilitating government-led Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and managing the flow of information between diverse functional experts.

· Performing the development and validation of key program and project management plans (e.g., Configuration, Schedule, Requirements Management Plans, etc.) and System Roadmaps.

Requirements

Required Skills:

· TS/SCI with at least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, compliant with GSA standards.

· Demonstrated experience providing acquisition management support with a focus on strategic planning for complex government programs.

· Demonstrated experience supporting Agile software development programs.

· Demonstrated experience performing technical, financial, schedule and risk management activities.

· Demonstrated experience performing the development and validation of key program and project management plans and sub-plans (e.g., Configuration, Schedule, Requirements Management Plans, etc.) and System Roadmaps.

Desired Skills:

· A Master's degree (or equivalent demonstrated experience).

· Two (2) or more years of Program Management experience managing projects within the IC.

· Demonstrated knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as it applies to Sensor Systems.

· Demonstrated knowledge of Sensor Phenomenologies.

Salary Description

$165,020 - $194,078
