Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead software development teams in designing, implementing, and testing complex, processing-intensive software systems.
• Drive novel algorithm development, advanced data manipulation, and software architecture decisions across the development lifecycle.
• Provide overarching technical guidance, quality control, and rigorous requirements analysis.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $338k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Serve as the technical lead across multiple software engineering teams, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.
• Recommend and integrate new technologies, processes, and COTS/GOTS solutions in place of new development.
• Perform comprehensive requirements analysis and synthesis from system-level down to individual components.
• Review, test, and validate software components to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve problem reports.
• Enforce rigorous software quality control and effective software design methodologies across projects.
