Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead comprehensive systems engineering activities, system architecture design, and technical integration across the program lifecycle.
• Analyze user requirements and concept of operations documents to establish high-level system specifications and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for system development, implementation, and test planning.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $335k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead system design, technical integration, and development activities, incorporating new designs into ongoing operations.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, evaluate alternative approaches, and conduct detailed feasibility studies.
• Develop system architecture, design specifications, and technical engineering documentation.
• Prepare and oversee system engineering management plans and system integration and test (I&T) plans.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and all associated deliverables.
• Communicate systems engineering technical considerations, resolutions, and status reports clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
