Graphic Designer

Position Overview

Razor is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a Directorate Front Office in McLean, VA. This role requires an experienced graphic design professional who can confidently advise the Front Office on branding and graphics and then implement those recommendations in close coordination with the Communications professional.

Clearance Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
Responsibilities

• Advise the Front Office on branding and graphic design.
• Develop and implement design and branding recommendations.
• Serve as the Sponsor's brand custodian at the Directorate Front Office level.
• Create graphics and visual materials in support of Front Office requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Communications professional to align visual and written communications.
• Carry design and branding recommendations through implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Significant professional graphic design experience appropriate for a senior-level role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement design and branding recommendations.
• Ability to confidently advise stakeholders on graphic design and branding decisions.
• Professional graphic design experience as a primary responsibility rather than as an ancillary duty.
• Ability to take design and branding recommendations from concept through implementation
