Nisga'a CIOPS delivers cleared professionals to support civilian and DoD customers worldwide across intelligence support, cyber/defensive cyber operations, IT O&M, infrastructure modernization, training, and logistics.

Summary:

The Windows Server Lead is responsible for directing technical work associated with IT infrastructure projects and providing hands-on leadership for the installation, operation, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments and related IT systems. This position leads on-site technical activities, evaluates system requirements and solutions, prepares technical documentation and presentations, and coordinates project leadership, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for directing technical work on projects.
• Performs a variety of analyses and prepares appropriate documentation.
• Prepares and makes briefings and presentations.
• Leads team in on-site management of installations. Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
• Assists in the development and management of project plans. This includes the review of task performance and work products for correctness, for adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and for progress in accordance with schedules.
• Coordinates with the Vendor PM, TOPCs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of Windows Server Administration
• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, project leadership, government representatives, and end users.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when resolving technical issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including at least five projects in technical areas included in the related task areas specified in the Statement of Work. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
• 8570/8140: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT II or IAT III
• Computing Environment: Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z (Cloud or Microsoft Operating System per DLA Approved CE)
• SECRET Clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually.
