Shift: 1st Shift - Mon to Fri (8:00am to 5:00 pm)

Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician dedicated to maintaining and servicing commercial properties in Columbia, MD. In this role, you will deliver efficient and quality maintenance services, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and safely. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and a first shift schedule with some nights and weekends. You will interact directly with clients, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across various trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building repairs.
