Top Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Proven ability in legal research, document review, and assisting with all litigation phases
- Experience with federal and state court systems, legal research tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal and e-discovery software
