As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support critical operations while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $20.05 / Hour

Day Time Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
