Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead Agile software development initiatives across the full project lifecycle, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking in Jira.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure while guiding enterprise applications through security accreditation and ATO processes.
• Coordinate requirements analysis, functionality testing, and UI/UX design and wireframing to deliver robust technical solutions.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 8+ years
• Total Compensation: $311k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Manage full-lifecycle Lean Agile software development projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking in Jira.
• Architect, right-size, and scale cloud services and backend architectures within AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Navigate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to address vulnerabilities and ensure applications achieve Authorization and Accreditation (A&A).
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and enhancements for federated search and document organization systems handling structured and unstructured data.
• Incorporate machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities to support content discovery, predictive analysis, and automated recommendations.
• Engage with stakeholders and end users to capture business requirements and translate them into wireframes, user stories, and UX designs.
• Conduct comprehensive functionality and performance testing to ensure software reliability and system integrity.
