Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Force Modernization SME.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide senior-level support for WAARNG force modernization and organizational transformation activities.
  • Analyze MTOE changes, force modernization requirements, and organizational changes.
  • Develop synchronization schedules to align unit property and equipment with changing force structures.
  • Coordinate and track New Equipment Fielding's (NEF).
  • Coordinate and track displaced legacy equipment turn-ins.
  • Track modernization and equipment status within GCSS-Army.
  • Analyze property books during unit activations, inactivation's, conversions, and reorganizations.
  • Provide technical recommendations for asset realignment associated with organizational changes.
  • Support structural asset alignment and parent-child hierarchy changes within GCSS-Army.
  • Coordinate modernization activities with G4, PBO, supported commands, and other logistics personnel.
  • Identify modernization-related property and readiness issues and assist with resolution.
  • Prepare weekly modernization status updates and other required reports.
  • Support GCSS-Army and property accountability personnel during major organizational realignments and fielding activities.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of Army force modernization and force structure processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of GCSS-Army logistics operations.
  • Experience analyzing MTOE changes and organizational requirements.
  • Experience with equipment fielding and displaced equipment turn-in.
  • Experience with asset realignment and organizational transformation.
  • Knowledge of Army property accountability as it relates to force modernization.
  • Experience working with GCSS-Army organizational structures and asset alignment.
  • Ability to develop synchronization schedules and track multiple modernization activities.
  • Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical proficiency in GCSS-Army logistics operations, force modernization, and large-scale brigade deployment operations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Army force modernization activities.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Army National Guard force modernization experience.
  • Brigade, division, state G4, or comparable force management/logistics experience.
  • Experience with New Equipment Fielding.
  • Experience with displaced equipment and legacy equipment turn-in.
  • Experience supporting unit activations, inactivation's, conversions, or MTOE restructuring.
  • Experience supporting large-scale property and equipment realignments.
  • Experience with AESIP and other Army logistics systems.


Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually.
