Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to support our Colorado Springs, CO location.

The Business / Program Analyst will provide analytical, programmatic, operational, and coordination support to Golden Dome-related efforts supporting the Missile Defense Agency and Army SETA mission areas. The analyst will support program managers, government leads, technical teams, and mission stakeholders by analyzing program functions, improving business processes, coordinating activities, tracking actions, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across complex missile defense, Army space, and joint mission environments.

This position requires a mission-focused analyst with experience supporting classified defense programs, Army operational planning, homeland defense, space and missile defense activities, project coordination, risk management, training support, and senior leader decision products. The analyst will help align program activities with stated objectives, monitor execution progress, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend process improvements that support effective program performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze program functions, processes, workflows, schedules, records, and activities to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and support successful execution of Golden Dome-related objectives.
  • Support MDA and Army SETA teams by coordinating program activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining action items, preparing status updates, and ensuring alignment with government priorities.
  • Review and analyze program information, schedules, methods, systems, procedures, requirements, and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in developing, refining, and implementing business processes, program procedures, reporting mechanisms, and coordination workflows.
  • Support lifecycle management of projects by evaluating progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions or alternative courses of action.
  • Prepare briefings, analytical summaries, reports, meeting materials, information papers, and decision-support products for program managers, senior leaders, and mission stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of program planning, operational activities, capability assessments, modernization efforts, and stakeholder information requests.
  • Coordinate with government, contractor, Army, joint, and interagency stakeholders to clarify program goals, define responsibilities, collect inputs, and support execution of assigned activities.
  • Support budgetary and resource tracking activities, including labor, travel, purchasing, ODCs, training support, and task order execution as required.
  • Maintain program records, meeting archives, data repositories, planning products, and automated tracking systems to ensure timely access to accurate program information.
  • Support training planning, workforce readiness activities, exercise preparation, and implementation of program objectives through coordinated planning and follow-up.
  • Apply risk management, data analysis, operational planning, and process improvement methods to support integrated missile defense and Army space mission needs.
  • Assist with security-aware program coordination in classified environments, including documentation control, access-related coordination, compliance support, and inspection readiness as required.


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience :
  • 15+ years of experience supporting DoD, Army, missile defense, space, homeland defense, or joint operational programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business or program processes and recommend improvements.
  • Experience supporting program management activities, including coordination, reporting, records management, action tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to prepare professional briefings, reports, analytical findings, and decision-support materials.
  • Experience reviewing program metrics, schedules, procedures, and activity reports to monitor progress against objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, classified, or mission-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting senior managers, government customers, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, validate data, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active or eligible Top Secret clearance.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is ~$170,000 - $275,000; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
