Cyber Readiness Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a TSSCI Cybersecurity Cyber Readiness Analyst to sit at Fort Meade, MD supporting a large Cyber Security and Cyber Training Mission.

The selected candidate will support a mission-critical cyber defense organization focused on training, readiness, and workforce development for cyber operations personnel. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in cyber training, curriculum development, workforce certification programs, and exercise planning to help maintain operational readiness. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with military and civilian leadership while directly contributing to the development of highly skilled cyber defense forces.

Minimum job requirements include:

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience in Cyber Readiness and working directly with DRSS Systems
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP)
• Strong knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System (Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessments)
• Familiarity with DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS
• Familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC)
• Ability to travel occasionally to support exercise development events

Plusses:
• Experience supporting DISA and DoD networks
• Experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership


Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this role and candidate pay will vary based on level of experience, expertise, clearance level, among other factors. We anticipate paying 150K - 160K for this role as well as providing and comprehensive benefits and 401K package.
