Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an RF SIGINT Technical Analyst to support the development and operationalization of multi-intelligence mission management and collection-feasibility capabilities within the CNTIENT platform. This role will serve as an RF/SIGINT subject-matter bridge between mission users, commercial data providers, engineering teams, helping onboard SIGINT providers, validate end-to-end data flows, and define how RF collection opportunities are assessed and prioritized. The analyst will focus on SIGINT feasibility analysis, including view-to-target and sensitivity estimates, and will support geolocation feasibility methods that evaluate potential satellite pairings and rank collection options based on dilution of precision. The analyst will also serve as an embedded mission user of CNTIENT, routinely exercising capabilities under development and providing direct feedback to ensure the product reflects real-world mission workflows and customer needs.

Location

Washington, DC area (work performed at designated Government-approved contractor facilities as required)

What you will be doing
  • Onboard commercial SIGINT providers into CNTIENT by defining integration requirements and validating end-to-end data flow.
  • Define and validate SIGINT collection-feasibility capabilities, including view-to-target analysis, sensitivity estimates, and probability of successful collection.
  • Support geolocation-feasibility analysis by evaluating satellite pairings, calculating dilution of precision, and ranking collection options.
  • Translate RF/SIGINT mission workflows and operational needs into system and feature requirements, test scenarios, and improvements to the CNTIENT feasibility engine.
  • Serve as a hands-on "first user" of CNTIENT, regularly testing capabilities and providing iterative feedback on mission relevance, usability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, mission stakeholders, and commercial providers throughout the development cycle to test emerging capabilities to analyze tasking and orchestration workflows, resolve operational bottlenecks, validate results, and support technical reviews and customer demonstrations.

What you will need
  • US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting RF/SIGINT collection, processing, analysis, mission planning, collection management, or related technical intelligence activities.
  • Experience using Python or similar scripting and data-analysis tools to process, visualize, or validate RF, geospatial, or mission data.
  • Strong understanding of RF/SIGINT collection feasibility, including sensor geometry, sensitivity, and operational collection constraints.
  • Working knowledge of satellite operations, overhead collection systems, and multi-constellation collection planning or tasking.
  • Experience analyzing geospatial, mission, or technical data using quantitative methods to evaluate collection opportunities.
  • Ability to translate technical data, provider requirements, and operational needs into clear system requirements and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings, lead discussions and meetings with customers and stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across engineering, mission, program, and external teams.

Nice to have
  • Experience with geolocation-feasibility analysis and dilution-of-precision calculations.
  • Familiarity with modern web-based or LLM-enabled GenAI products and iterative product development.
  • Familiarity with APIs, structured data exchanges, and integration workflows used to connect external data providers to mission applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-assisted feasibility scoring, automated tasking, mission management, or multi-intelligence orchestration.

Benefits

One of the most interesting aspects of working at a startup company is gaining equity, which means our success is your success. In addition to equity in the form of options, we also offer:
  • Flexible Time-Off policy and company holidays
