Strategic Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman

Clearance Required: Active Secret



Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.



Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.



Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

  • PMA-202 Strategy & Planning Aircrew Systems Team.

  • Strategic Communication: development of Aircrew Systems Charter and Roadmap.

  • Capability Portfolio Matrix: development and maintenance of PMA-202 Portfolio Matrix to identify capability gap alignment, misalignment, and substandard performance of PMA-202 fielded products.

  • Requirements Development: Support S&P Requirements Planning Officer and Resourcing Officers in developing requirements through management of PM-3S Programs (all acquisition lifecycle phases) and IPT coordination.

  • Development and maintenance of Unfunded and partially funded programs and projects to track portfolio backlog.

  • POM Planning Support: Support IPTs in the organization, preparation and submission of Issue Sheets for LOEs ready for appropriation funding.

  • S&T projects: Oversight of S&T projects to ensure alignment with approved Programs to substantially increase S&T transition to PMA for fielding.

  • Coordination and communication with NAWCAD HSE.

  • Alternate Funding Pathways: Support IPTs in identification and preparation for submission packages to alternate funding pathways.

  • Aircrew Systems Sub-board: Coordination and Planning for Cross-Service Aircrew Systems Panel/working group.

  • Aircrew Systems ENARG Support: ACS Survey Development.

  • Industry Outreach Event Planning.

  • Fleet Aircrew Systems Readiness : VFS Trace COAs and Decisions

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
