TTG-350 - ServiceNow Developer - $337,250 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (SME) with extensive experience to join our team. We are looking for an innovative and collaborative professional to design and develop software applications and systems on the ServiceNow Platform. As a ServiceNow Developer (SME), you will design and develop applications using the ServiceNow Platform. You will collaborate with teammates in planning, designing, developing, and utilizing data processing systems, determine user needs, analyze system capabilities to resolve program intent, handle output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and control systems. You will also design and develop compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems to meet the requirements of various projects.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• Minimum 16 years' experience as a Software Developer
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, Customer Service Management (CSM), Asset Management, Change Management, Customer Development, CMDB, and Service Status Portal
• Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript
• Database administration experience with Oracle or MYSQL
• Ability to estimate work effort requirements as part of an Agile Scrum
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Capability to work individually and in a team environment
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Motivation to learn and engage with emerging technologies and tools
• Ability to deliver enhanced functionality, aid with new implementations, and provide continuous support while maintaining system integrity
• High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability
• Problem-solving skills with capability to implement corrective actions

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's role in supporting ZTA efforts

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
