Job Description
TTG Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our technology-driven program supporting a key Government customer. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD-503 accreditation to optimize security processes and ensure compliance. The ISSE will be responsible for bridging technical and security languages, ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) phases, supporting continuous monitoring, gathering necessary artifacts, converting risk elements to Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), and maintaining effective communication with the ISSM, Security Controls Assessor, and Security Auditors. The role demands a combination of independent and collaborative work in a dynamic environment.Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications

Total Compensation = $308,700
Requirements: 11 yrs - 15 yrs 11 mos
- Minimum 11 years of experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency in security RMF and ICD-503 documentation
- Experience in A&A phases to Authorization to Operate (ATO)
- Ability to support Continuous Monitoring
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience coordinating across organizations with leadership and project managers
- Skillset with security tools such as Greenlight, Rapid7, WebInspect, Splunk
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Google, Azure
