TTG-113 - Systems Engineer - $335,900 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing data models and building data warehouses, as well as a passion for optimizing data flow and accessibility. The Data Engineer will design data models, build efficient data warehouses and data lakes, and automate data pipelines. Key responsibilities include optimizing information flow, applying extraction, transformation, and loading techniques to connect large datasets, and creating data collection frameworks. The role also involves developing standards and tools for data management and creating analytic tools for data mining and modeling to support product optimization.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• 11 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Data Engineer
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• Experience integrating diverse data streams
• Proficiency with data transfer tools such as NiFi or Cribl
• Establishing data standards and managing IT and service delivery datasets
• Experience analyzing complex networks, systems, and log data
• Knowledge of environments with shared networks and multiple security enclaves
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot data feeds
• Familiarity with Splunk
• Proficiency in Python

• Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps)
• Hands-on Splunk Experience and Certifications
• Experience with scripting tools like ShellScript or Ansible
• Cloud security controls and implementation
• Experience with public, private, and hybrid clouds such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• AWS Certified Security Specialty

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
