Location: Onsite (split between Arlington and Merrifield, VA)
Active Secret clearance required

Program Manager to lead IT teams supporting a DEA program. This role is responsible for leading project teams through the design, implementation, modernization, and maintenance of web-based applications while ensuring delivery meets customer requirements, quality standards, schedule, and budget.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile leader who can work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead and direct one or more project teams supporting the design, implementation, modernization, and maintenance of IT applications.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans , identifying the technical and business resources needed to successfully deliver projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and within defined technical, quality, and scope requirements .
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and help remove roadblocks to delivery.
- Apply Agile methodologies and practices to support effective development and project execution.
