FORGE supports the delivery of reliable missile warning capabilities by ensuring all software, hardware, and mission systems meet operational requirements before deployment. The Senior Test Engineer is responsible for validating system performance and readiness.
Job Description
The Senior Test Engineer leads verification and validation efforts for complex missile warning and space systems. This individual develops testing strategies, oversees integration and operational testing, evaluates system performance, identifies technical risks, and provides recommendations to improve reliability and mission readiness.
Responsibilities
Lead system verification and validation activities
Develop and execute test plans and procedures
Maintain requirements traceability throughout testing efforts
Oversee integration and operational testing activities
Analyze test results and identify technical risks
Improve system reliability and test effectiveness
Brief findings and recommendations to leadership
Compensation:
$110,000.00 to $134,000.00 per year annual salary.
