8-10 years of Automated testing experience
Python development or scripting experience
Automated testing experience
Experience with test automation frameworks such as:
Robot Framework
Selenium
Playwright
PyTest
Experience building or extending automated test solutions
Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Offensive Cyber Operations experience
Vulnerability research exposure
ICS/SCADA testing experience
Experience building custom testing libraries or framework extensions

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Automated Test Engineer supporting a mission-focused cyber operations environment. This individual will help ensure software and systems perform as designed through automated testing strategies and custom framework development.

The ideal candidate is not simply a tester that executes scripts but someone who can build, extend, and improve automated testing capabilities for rapidly evolving software systems.

This position supports fast-paced development efforts where testing must adapt to new technologies, custom protocols, and changing mission requirements.

Responsibilities include:
Developing automated test solutions for software applications and systems
Building and maintaining automated test frameworks
Extending testing tools and frameworks to support custom functionality
Creating test scripts using Python and automation tools
Performing API, web application, and system testing
Working closely with developers to validate functionality and performance
Identifying and troubleshooting software defects
