Job Description
The Inventory Control Specialist coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies in accordance with production and shipping schedules. This part-time role organizes and manages the flow of materials from reception through platform installation within a vehicular production environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document the status of incoming materials and components.
- Track component status and report progress toward building complete production kits.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure timely restocking of materials used in vehicle production.
- Keep storage and staging areas organized for efficient material flow.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet material and kit readiness needs.
- Deliver material status reports that monitors current and projected goals and risk to mission analysis.
Qualifications
- An interim Secret clearance is required for consideration; an active DoD Secret clearance is preferred.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Detail-oriented with basic computer/inventory system skills.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with assembly support and production environments.
