The Training Assistant III will provide dedicated administrative training support to the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) unit under Mission Delta 31 (MD 31), managing the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) training database and supporting scheduling, records, and metrics for GPS Vehicle Systems Operator (VSO), Payload Systems Operator (PSO), GPS Warfighter Collaboration Cell (GWCC), and Crew Commander/Crew Chief courses.

Responsibilities
- Training Database Management:
- Create, schedule, and manage PNT courses in the PEX training management database throughout the full course lifecycle.
- Assign students and instructors, input grade sheets and results, and track module completion and re-teaching records.
- Process graduation requirements and complete AF Form 4419 (Record of Training).
- Scheduling & Reporting:
- Schedule and deconflict training classrooms, facilities, and simulators for PNT training activities.
- Compile and analyze training metrics, including student throughput, facility availability, and training wait times.
- Gather and compile student/instructor feedback and after-action reports (AARs) following each class or course iteration.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4-6 years of relevant training administration, records management, or scheduling experience.
- Working proficiency with database entry, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
- Active SECRET security clearance required.
- Experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or a similar training/readiness management database.
- Familiarity with GPS or space operations training programs.
