Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Senior PC Technician to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.

Job description

The Senior PC Technician plays a vital role in providing advanced technical support, overseeing junior technicians, and ensuring reliable, efficient operation of all end-user computing devices. This is a temporary, non - exempt position with a full-time work schedule. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service, and a deep understanding of PC hardware, software, and network environments. The Senior PC Technician is responsible for managing supporting and upgrading desktop, laptop, and peripheral systems, both onsite and remotely, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PC Technicians may perform a variety of services in support of End Users and/or Missions for the various components and commands residing at the locations assigned and as directed by leadership.  Services performed may include: 
  • Conduct application and data migration necessary as a result of hardware or software IMAC or re-installation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair software and network connectivity issues and technical issues.
  • Build, configure, and test IT equipment in accordance with applicable standard hardware configuration(s), software image(s), procedures, and specific requirements.
  • Plan, engineer, coordinate, install, and/or manage equipment installations.
  • Integrate, test, and verify remote access hardware and software.
  • Interface directly with customers to provide training and to resolve issues related to services.
  • Provide IMAC services.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise CSD, Site/Local Helpdesk, OEMS, Network, Server, Architecture, and/or Engineering and the requesting organization.
  • Conduct pre-install and site surveys as necessary.
  • Make use of Remedy for receiving, documenting, and closing tickets.
  • Make use of available tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as SCCM, McAfee, InTune, Forescout, Tivioli, and/or Hypori.
  • Provide telephony instrument services including, but not limited to, provision telephones, configure and connect VoIP telephones, key secure equipment, change the usernames, enable and disable extension mobility, and activate and deactivate telephone features.
  • Integrate, test, and verify VDI client hardware and software with USSOCOM’s VDI standard client image.
  • Potential to work shifts during exercises.

You MUST have:
  • 12 years experience with HS Diploma; 10 years with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance. 
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
  • Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 411 – Technical Support Specialist - Intermediate level.
  • Experience with Windows OS, O365 suite of applications, basic multimedia systems, multi-functional devices, and mobile devices.
  • Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Experience with active directory security group management, exchange distribution lists, and file share permission assignment.

It’s GREAT if you also have:
  • Professional certifications, such as CompTIA IT Technician or Microsoft Certified IT Professional.

  • Min 12 years with HS Diploma; 10 years with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA.
