Job Description
PE Systems is seeking a Technical Intelligence Support, JM to support the strategic and operational success of NC3 (Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications) programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of NC3 missions, policies, and objectives, and will play a critical role in advising management on the effectiveness and sustainability of NC3 operations.

General Function:
- Provide engineering and technical expertise to AFNWC/NC intelligence-sensitive programs.
- Analyze advanced threats and security issues to reduce program and operational risk.
- Deliver Acquisition Intelligence (AI) support to major acquisition decisions.
- Identify intelligence requirements early to reduce cost, schedule, and performance risks.
- Develop and staff Intelligence Health Assessments (IHAs) per DoDI 5000.86 and AFMC guidance.
- Support PEO NC3, AFNWC/NC, divisions, branches, and System of Systems PMOs.
- Analyze adversary emerging threats and capabilities affecting NC3 systems.
- Provide threat briefings, risk assessments, and recommendations to NC3 leadership.
- Conduct non-traditional intelligence research and technical threat analysis.
- Perform intelligence supportability analysis for DoD and USAF acquisition programs.
- Evaluate weapon-system intelligence data and infrastructure requirements.
- Identify intelligence-related vulnerabilities throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
- Conduct Technical Threat Risk Assessments (TTRAs) and Threat Risk Assessments (TRAs).
- Develop integrated threat, target, and environmental products for acquisition programs.
- Create portfolio intelligence documentation, threat stressors, concerns, and Production Requirements.
- Coordinate intelligence collection and product requirements with the Intelligence Community.
- Integrate current, acquisition, and technical intelligence into nuclear communications programs.
- Research IC data and provide technical intelligence briefings, reports, white papers, and updates.
- Participate in IPTs, working groups, technology reviews, Analysis of Alternatives, and other decision forums.
- Recommend courses of action to address intelligence gaps and support future Air Force capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise on intelligence and indications-and-warning activities that support left-of-launch operations and help inform future NC3 capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
- BA/BS or Master of Arts/ Master of Science (MA/MS) degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the TS/SCI
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
- Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
- Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position is estimated between $110K-$121K. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PE Systems considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
