The Program Support Administrator II will provide dedicated contract administration and compliance support to the Mission Delta 31 (MD 31) Training Support task order Program Manager, managing invoicing, deliverable tracking, and manpower reporting so the Program Manager can focus on program execution. This individual will work closely with the COR and Contracting Officer to keep the task order's administrative and reporting obligations on schedule and audit-ready.

Responsibilities
- Financial & Deliverable Administration
- Independently manage the CDRL/deliverables tracker and the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) invoicing and payment request submission cycle end-to-end.
- Compile and submit contractor manpower reporting per FAR 52.204-14.
- Maintain contract documentation and records in an electronic, editable format.
- Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate Government-Furnished Property/Equipment and Other Direct Cost (ODC) administrative actions with the COR/CO.
- Support phase-in administrative activities, including CAC issuance, badge requests, and security clearance validation tracking.
- Handle moderately complex compliance and coordination issues independently, escalating contractual or pricing matters to the Program Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of contract administration, program support, or related business operations experience, preferably within a Federal government contracting environment.
- Working familiarity with invoicing systems (e.g., WAWF) and government deliverable/reporting cycles.
- Strong organizational skills and independent judgment in a fast-paced compliance environment.
- Active SECRET security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DoD or Space Force contracts.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS reporting requirements, including FAR 52.204-14 manpower reporting.
- Experience with CDRL tracking tools or contract management databases.
