Job Title: MBSE Systems Engineer - TS/SCI (Level 4)
• Worker Type: On-site
• Location: Greenville, TX

• Hourly: $57-65; potential flex to $70hr
Overview: Seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to develop, integrate, and test advanced SIGINT/ELINT systems, working with customers and engineering teams to deliver ISR capabilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze customer requirements for new system capabilities.
• Develop and manage system requirements and technical documentation.
• Support system integration, testing, verification, and validation.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Product, and Flight Test teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and validate solutions.
• Support internal R&D for ELINT and ISR technologies.
• Develop test plans and execute testing using RF and signal analysis equipment.
• Provide technical updates to customers and program leadership.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of engineering experience (or equivalent)
• Active Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain TS/SCI)
• Strong MBSE experience
• Experience with SIGINT, ELINT, ISR, RF, or Electronic Warfare systems
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, antennas, receivers, and radar systems
• Experience with signal analysis, emitter characterization, and system of systems integration
• Experience with requirements development, V&V, testing, and systems engineering processes
• Experience with software systems engineering
• DOORS experience
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• MATLAB experience (modeling, data analysis, signal processing)
• Ability to support development in Python, C++, or C
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience
• Electronic Warfare or airborne ISR background
• Experience with SEI, LPI/LPE, or advanced emitter analysis
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS
