Job Title: Lead Power Platform Developer
Location: Pentagon
Work Model: On-Site (Hybrid 3-4 days on-site)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with users and stakeholders to translate business processes into secure, maintainable applications and automation.
• Design and build canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse capabilities, and Power BI reports.
• Select appropriate data and integration patterns across Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems.
• Build integrations and extensions using Power Fx, connectors, REST APIs, JavaScript or TypeScript, C#, and Azure services as appropriate.
• Modernize legacy SharePoint forms, workflows, applications, and knowledge-management sites.
• Lead day-to-day development work by setting technical priorities, assigning work, mentoring developers, conducting reviews, removing technical blockers, and addressing quality or delivery gaps.
• Provide input on team performance and professional development.
• Apply sound application lifecycle management, source control, automated deployment, security, testing, accessibility, monitoring, and documentation practices.
• Support production capabilities, diagnose issues, and improve performance and reliability based on user feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years of application or software development experience, including at least three years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Production experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx, and Power Platform security.
• Experience integrating applications through connectors, REST APIs, SharePoint Online, SQL, Microsoft 365, or Azure services.
• Working development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, C#, or comparable languages used to extend Power Platform.
• Experience with managed solutions, environment management, source control, testing, and automated deployment.
• Experience developing Power BI reports using Power Query, data modeling, DAX, and role-based security.
• Experience leading technical work, mentoring developers, reviewing deliverables, and providing constructive performance feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience operating Power Platform in a federal government cloud environment.
• Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Apps Component Framework, or related Azure services.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification or comparable demonstrated experience.
• Experience applying human-centered design and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Experience supporting federal or Department of War customers.
