About the role
Insight Xcite is recruiting a Senior Voice Systems Integrator in Herndon, Virginia.
Voice Systems Integration - Herndon, VA (Senior)
Support enterprise telephony and call-center integration, testing, deployment, and secure voice infrastructure.
Required: at least 6 years of relevant experience and an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Experience must align with enterprise voice systems integration.
Preferred: Linux, SIP signaling and call flows, SRTP, TCP/IP, H.323, DNS, DHCP, RTP, and relevant voice/network certifications.
Clearance Requirement
Due to the nature of our work, Insight Xcite does not sponsor or process security clearances at this time.
Applicants must currently possess an active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP) to be considered for employment.
Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this level of clearance.
Work Location Requirement
All Insight Xcite positions are onsite. We do not offer remote or hybrid opportunities.
Applicants must be willing and able to work in person at the designated customer location.

The pay range for this role is:

Insight Xcite is recruiting a Senior Voice Systems Integrator in Herndon, Virginia.
Voice Systems Integration - Herndon, VA (Senior)
Support enterprise telephony and call-center integration, testing, deployment, and secure voice infrastructure.
- Collaborate with network and telecom engineers on voice system integration and new site deployments.
- Support voice system upgrades, patching, configuration, certificate management, and security accreditation.
- Contribute to call routing, trunking, call-center deployments, user training, and transition planning.
Required: at least 6 years of relevant experience and an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Experience must align with enterprise voice systems integration.
