Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client onsite in Crane, IN. This role is on a multi-year program providing IT support to the local bases across the United States. The day to day includes:
* Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
* Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
* Printer and related hardware resets
* User account support
* Customer service
* Working through trouble tickets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Active DoD Secret Clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years of professional experience
* Security+ Certification
* Experience with computer/phone hardware troubleshooting
