Openings/Salary/LCAT:
X1 Junior: $65-85k / 1-3 years
X1 Journeyman: $85-140k / 3-10 years
X1 Senior: $140-200k / 10+ years
Job Description
The Reliability Engineer will be joining our client's team in Maryland. This Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating R&M program plans. They will do risk assessment and failure review board meetings. The focus here is reliability of the aircrafts that the government has purchased or is considering purchasing; as well as reviews of certain OEM plans.
Qualifications:
○ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, aeronautics, or electronics (ABET Accredited)
○ Ability to use Microsoft 365 to include Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
○ 1-10+ years of experience as an R&M Engineer or relevant R&M experience
○ DOD Acquisition experience
○ Ability to do some limited travel
○ Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

○ Leadership and/or Management Experience
