- You balance relationship building with results, keeping pipelines full and hiring managers informed
A Day in the Life Of:
- Review job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person, and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Extend offers, initiate background checks, and support onboarding as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate records for EEO compliance and reporting
- Promote ClearEdge culture and benefits to external candidates
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events (5–10% travel)
- Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proficiency in job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications against complex job requirements
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical hiring needs
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting within government contracting or the intelligence community
- Experience with Lever, the ATS tool
- Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification
- Understanding of security clearance processes
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification
