Job Description
The Opportunity
NGA's enterprise directorates, from Financial Management and the CIO to PEO Enterprise IT and Security and Installations, depend on contractor support to keep acquisitions moving, budgets executing, and business operations running. The Red Gate Group is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to lead a 100+ person team delivering lifecycle acquisition, business operations and program management, and financial and budget management support across the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's enterprise mission, with work performed primarily at NGA Washington (Springfield, VA) and at other NGA sites as directed.
You will be the single point of contact between the contractor team and the Government program office, responsible for directing, managing, and administering every task under the contract so that program activities finish within budget and on schedule. Your day-to-day work centers on performance, financial reporting and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications, including the subcontractor portion of the team. You will keep the Contracting Officer's Representative and Government Program Manager informed, especially on significant risks and issues and the plans to resolve them, and you will own the timely and compliant delivery of all CDRLs. This is a designated Key Personnel position with a 12 month commitment from contract award.
