Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.

Successful completion of a Ph.D.

- You will serve as the technical authority for systems administration, developing and executing long-range strategic plans for disaster recovery, enterprise backup strategies, and system modernization.
- You will plan, integrate, and manage cloud computing environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and evaluate emerging hybrid cloud migration strategies.
- You will serve as the designated Trusted Agent, WISP, and ATIS administrator, overseeing identity and access management programs and administering user accounts across NMCI and FlankSpeed.
- You will acct as the primary technical liaison between leadership and NMCI contractors to monitor contract performance, evaluate service level agreements (SLAs), and resolve service deficiencies.
