Overview

We are seeking a senior Delivery Lead to own client delivery, executive relationships, and program outcomes for complex, multi-workstream technology and transformation engagements. The role will lead distributed global teams, drive delivery governance, manage senior stakeholders, and help build a scalable global delivery organization.

Description:

• Own overall client delivery, governance, quality, and program outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  
• Serve as the primary delivery leader for senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and executive sponsors.
  
• Lead and manage distributed delivery teams, including the Vietnam-based Director and Technical Program Manager.
  
• Establish delivery standards, operating rhythms, governance, and performance expectations.
  
• Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and client commitments; proactively resolve escalations.
  
• Lead executive steering committees, client reviews, working sessions, and status meetings.
  
• Partner with company leadership to develop and scale a repeatable global delivery methodology.
  
• Travel to Vietnam approximately one week per month to maintain executive relationships and lead key in-person sessions.
  
• As Interval expands its U.S. client base, extend delivery leadership across domestic engagements.
  
• Help build and scale the global delivery organization, including team structure, hiring, processes, and operating models.
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of program, delivery, or transformation leadership experience with a top-tier consulting firm or GSI.
  
• Senior Manager/Director-level experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
  
• Strong experience managing offshore/global teams and executive stakeholders.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, governance, and escalation-management skills.
  
• Experience with AI, data, cloud, or enterprise technology programs preferred.
  
• Experience with PMO/TMO, vendor management, or enterprise transformation preferred.
  
• Southeast Asia experience and PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
  
• Bachelor's degree required.
  
• U.S.-based with authorization to work without sponsorship.
  
• Willingness to travel internationally to Vietnam approximately one week per month.
