Job Description
Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Mid-level Technical Editor to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Cyber Intelligence Center Analytic Development and Services (CICADAS) task order. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Fort Meade, Maryland
Salary Range: $95,000-$155,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph; both must have been adjudicated/completed within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities:
• Reviews intelligence products for proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax, as well as for logic, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensures that style and format conform to agency publication standards and that language presentation is consistent with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary of subject matter fields.
• Amends draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure the content supports and is consistent with the accompanying text.
• Ensures proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance.
• Works with authors to revise products for narrative organization, and negotiates further revisions as needed.
• Assists in the management of all CIC finished intelligence products approved
• for external dissemination.
• Researches and collects information from internal and external stakeholder subject matter experts as well as other sources.
• Analyzes, interprets, cross-checks and edits intelligence products, as required, to ensure accuracy and compliance with associated Intelligence Community guidance.
• Organizes information, determines optimum method of presentation, and creates content according to plan.
• Ensures completed materials fulfill the specified purpose and scope.
• Assists in determining and supervising the production process for completed materials.
• Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years and a Bachelor's degree
