Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments
Synthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trends
Develop products utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Ability to support a rotating shift schedule
Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
General Factors:
Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
Willing to travel, if needed.
No Relocation.
Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
Work Schedule Requirements:
Willing to work a rotating shift schedule (will receive differential on all hours between 1800–0600):
Week 1: M–F 0600–1400
Week 2: M–F 1400–2200
Week 3: M–F 2200–0600 | Sat–Sun 1800–0600
Week 4: M–F Off/Admin-Recover Week | Sat–Sun 0600–1800
Week 5: M–Sun Off/On-Call Week

Clearance: TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)
Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling; On-Site
Salary Range: 90K - 105K
