Job Description
Job Title: User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer
Location: Springfield/Alexandria. (onsite)
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $80.50 - 96.15/HR on W2
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
Responsibilities
• Support the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
• Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
• Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved.
• Assist ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
• Support all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
• Assist in training stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
• Prior leadership responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
• Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders
• Experience with EverFox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platform
