In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes at least 3 of the following 4 competencies: 1) Managing broad-scale visual information projects (such as audiovisual, videography, or graphic design) from initial project inception through final delivery. 2) Developing contract statements of work (SOW) or independent cost estimates for the procurement of visual information equipment, software, or contractor services. 3) Directing the workflow of a multimedia or visual information team to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met. 4) Analyzing emerging visual information technologies or software applications to recommend future organization-wide procurement and system upgrades. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Additional information
- Manage civilian personnel actions including performance plans, training, recruitment, and discipline.
- Oversee the enterprise work request system ensuring all visual information requests meet established deadlines.
- Formulate weekly branch Situational Reports (SITREPs) to communicate project statuses and contractor deliverables to leadership.
- Monitor contract budgets and cost estimates for submission to the Infrastructure Investment Review Board (I-IRB).
- Represent the G6 visual information branch at high-level conferences with USACE, Department of the Army, and DoD.
- Coordinate cross-functional branch operations alongside Printing, Publishing, and Records Management Branch Chiefs.
