Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Joint Cyber Systems Test & Evaluation Lead to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Serves as a senior Joint Cyber Systems Test and Evaluation Lead providing technical oversight, systems-engineering expertise, and policy support for complex Department of Defense cyber capabilities and integrated systems. Supports planning, development, coordination, and execution of operational test and evaluation activities involving joint cyber systems, component capabilities, cybersecurity, interoperability, and offensive cyber capabilities.
Provides technical authority and subject-matter expertise to government stakeholders, assessment organizations, system developers, and independent analytical organizations. Evaluates systems from a systems-of-systems perspective to ensure operational test approaches adequately address cybersecurity, interoperability, mission effectiveness, and operational suitability.
Key Duties-
- Provide technical oversight and subject-matter expertise for joint cyber systems and component programs.
- Support development and revision of test and evaluation strategies, plans, methodologies, and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate integration, interoperability, cybersecurity, and systems-of-systems performance of complex cyber capabilities.
- Support development of realistic and testable security design reference scenarios.
- Coordinate with government organizations, independent assessment organizations, system developers, and operational stakeholders.
- Support operational test and evaluation of offensive and defensive cyber capabilities.
- Review technical, policy, and acquisition documentation and provide recommendations concerning cyber resilience and testability.
- Support development and review of Department-level policy, directives, instructions, and process guidance affecting cyber test and evaluation.
- Participate in technical working groups, planning increments, summits, and other forums addressing cyber capability development and evaluation.
- Assess integration of component capabilities into common architectures and identify potential technical or operational gaps.
- Develop technical recommendations and briefings for senior government and program leadership.
- Travel as required to support technical reviews, test events, planning activities, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active TS/SC clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
- 10 years of directly related specialized experience
- Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
- Experience supporting large-scale exercises
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

COMPENSATION:
$190,000- $220,000
