HOW A SCRUM MASTER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Keeps our Hybrid software delivery teams on schedule through virtual and in-person interactions
• Work with PM and Customer to deconflict priorities and requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelors degree and Agile certification, or relevant experience
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph
• Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and use of Jira
• Location: Hybrid/Herndon, VA
• US Citizenship Required
