Material Planning Coordinator II Wayne, NJ | Onsite | 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) | 9/80 Schedule | Active Secret Clearance Required About the Role Join Indotronix as a Material Planning Coordinator II, supporting critical material planning and control operations onsite at our Wayne, NJ facility. In this pivotal role, you will help drive the repair process, maintain material movement, and keep our production teams running smoothly. You will interact with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience working with advanced MRP systems in a secure and collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Represent your department on key administrative matters to ensure seamless operations - Implement and interpret company and internal administrative policies and procedures - Support material planning, tracking, and control functions to meet production schedules - Facilitate hardware movement through the repair process and depot operations - Maintain and update material tracking using YORK (Your Online Repair Knowledge) - Prepare and monitor material requisitions and production schedules - Maintain engineering specifications and oversee material movement within purchasing, warehouse, and production - Generate and distribute reports on material plans and progress - Utilize Oracle and MRP systems to ensure accurate material tracking Required Skills and Experience - High School diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years' experience in material planning or a related administrative function - Experience using MRP systems (Oracle preferred) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Active Secret Clearance (mandatory) Preferred Skills - Advanced knowledge of Oracle - Experience working with material tracking and planning tools - Familiarity with production, warehouse, and purchasing processes Benefits - Stable, full-time onsite position with a predictable first shift schedule - 9/80 work schedule for enhanced work-life balance (every other Friday off) - Secure work environment supporting national defense operations - Opportunity for skill development with exposure to advanced MRP systems - Collaborative team atmosphere with opportunities for career growth How to Apply If you are detail-oriented and ready to play a key role in material planning and logistics, apply today by submitting your resume through our careers portal.
