Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Expert RF/Radar Reverse Engineer to support critical government initiatives in Huntsville, AL.

What You'll Do
- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Measure and characterize electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar, communications, and EW devices; assesses transmitted/received RF signals, system performance, vulnerabilities, and friendly detect/identify/track implications.
What You Bring
- Active minimum TS clearance
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's related to the labor category
- Experience in RF phenomenology; radar; waveform analysis; signal processing; antennas; emitter characterization; EW
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services
- Countermeasures; RCS; RF test equipment; reverse engineering; foreign materiel exploitation
